PM82x

With its dimensions of only 60x90mm the PM82x is probably the smallest complete PowerQUICC II computer world-wide. All MPC82xx ports and the local bus are available to the carrier board. This means that everything that can be realised with PowerQUICCII processors can be realised with PM82x modules, too. Apart from its onboard SDRAM, Flash and SRAM (back-up) areas, the PM82x offers a DiscOnChip socket. This allows flexible upgrades of up to 1 GByte of flash file system. The PM82x is available for the extended temperature range (-40°..+85°C), too.
