The CR825 Carrier Board is the fastest way to get familiar with our PowerPC based miriac modules. Only a +12V DC supply or an ATX power supply is needed and you dispose of up to five serial ports, one 100MBit Ethernet and PCI (when using a correspondent miriac and IOxxx modules). The physical layer of four serial ports may adapted to RS232, RS422, RS485 or TTL by the use of MicroSys IO-modules (one IO232 included). Digital I/Os may be simulated with a 8bit DIP switch and 8 LEDs. All GPIOs are accessible on field of wrap pins that allows also plugging in customized daughter boards. The same kind of daughterboard slot is also available for local bus / PCI modules. The CR825 is fully compatible to CR826 (less ATM and ISDN functionality).
