| 07/02/2005 | Well timed for Embedded World 2005, Feb 22nd-24th, in Hall 11 / Booth 126, Nuremberg, Germany we show the SK854 PowerQUICC III Starterkit. Beside the high performance of Freescale's MPC85x0 Technology the Processors provide a RISC communication controller (CPM) and various integrated Interfaces such as PCI-X, Gigabit Ethernet and RapidIO. The SK854 can be shipped with miriac PM854 and PM856 CPU Modules and additional IO-Extension boards mounted on the CR854 Module Carrier board. All Interfaces on the CR854 are routed either to Standard Connector Types like RJ45, PCI-X Slot or to wire wrap header pins for individual use. All MicroSys Products are designed for extended temperature and long-term availability. For High End Applications we currently support Linux and VxWorks.
